Shutdowner for Rainmeter

My skin for Rainmeter. It allows to set a time, after what your computer will shutdown. You can also choose restart or logoff (do it manually, in the skin).
It was originally made for Rainify skin, using it resources, styles and settings. But this is a portable version, so you can test it with any skin.
The code for Timer was taken from this skin by *Gerguter
